Partial Refund Eligibility

  • 25-50% of course content accessed

  • Medical or family emergency situations
  • 50% refund of original purchase price

Non-Refundable Situations

  • More than 30 days since purchase
  • Over 50% of course content completed
  • Certificate or completion badge issued
  • Downloaded course materials or resources
  • Violation of terms of service

Refund Request Process

Technical Issues
If you can't access your course due to platform problems or technical difficulties on our end, you're eligible for a full refund regardless of time elapsed. We'll work with you to resolve issues first.
Course Content Mismatch
If our budget tracking course doesn't match the description or learning objectives we advertised, you can request a full refund within 21 days of purchase, even if you've accessed some content.
Emergency Situations
We understand that life happens. Medical emergencies, job loss, or family crises may prevent you from completing your studies. Contact us to discuss options including partial refunds or course transfers.
Duplicate Purchases
Accidentally bought the same course twice? No problem. We'll issue a full refund for the duplicate purchase as soon as we verify the error, regardless of our standard time limits.

Payment Method & Processing Times

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider and may take additional time to appear in your account.
